Do these lenses fit Sony E mount mirrorless cameras?

Not directly. With an A to E mount adapter they work on Sony mirrorless cameras; whether autofocus works depends on the adapter and the camera body.

What does DT mean on a Sony lens?

DT lenses are designed for the smaller sensor of Sony A mount DSLRs. On full frame bodies or film cameras they show dark corners, so choose a full frame lens such as a Minolta AF zoom for those cameras.
