Do Fujica X lenses fit Fujifilm X mirrorless cameras?

Not directly. The Fujica X bayonet from the late 1970s and today's Fujifilm X mount share a name but are different mounts. Fujica X lenses work on Fujifilm X and other mirrorless cameras with a Fujica X adapter.

What does EBC mean on a Fujinon lens?

EBC stands for Electron Beam Coating, Fuji's multicoating that reduces flare and keeps contrast high, even when shooting into the light.
