Can I use Konica AR lenses on a digital camera?

Yes, on mirrorless cameras with a Konica AR adapter, for example on Sony E, Fujifilm X, Nikon Z, Canon RF or Micro Four Thirds. The AR mount sits close to the film, so on most DSLRs it cannot focus to infinity without an adapter with a corrective lens.

Are Konica and Konica Minolta lenses the same?

No. Hexanon AR lenses are manual focus lenses for Konica SLRs. Konica Minolta autofocus lenses use the Minolta A mount and fit Minolta AF and Sony A mount cameras.
