Can I change lenses on a FinePix S camera?

No. The FinePix S models look like a DSLR but are bridge cameras with a fixed zoom lens. That makes them light and simple: one camera covers everything from wide angle to telephoto.

What memory card and batteries do they need?

Older FinePix cameras often use xD Picture Cards or SmartMedia, newer ones take SD cards. Several S series models, such as the S1500 and S2100, run on standard AA batteries. Check the product description for details.
