Flashes

Used camera flashes and speedlights

Add light to your film or digital photography with a second hand camera flash. This collection covers classic flashes from the film era as well as modern speedlights for digital cameras, from small units for compact cameras to powerful handle mount flashes.

  • Canon Speedlite flashes such as the 155A, 199A and 380EX
  • Nikon Speedlight flashes from the SB series, for film and digital Nikon cameras
  • Metz Mecablitz flashes, including powerful handle mount models
  • Dedicated flashes from Minolta, Olympus, Pentax, Contax, Konica, Rollei and Voigtländer
  • Modern speedlights from Godox, Nissin and Sony
  • Macro ring flashes and flash accessories such as shoe adapters

Every flash is tested and cleaned before it goes on sale. You get a 90 day warranty and 14 days to return it after delivery. Orders placed before 15:00 on business days ship the same day, with free shipping in the Netherlands from €75 and fast delivery across the EU.

Will this flash work with my camera?

Any flash with a standard hot shoe foot fires on a camera with a matching hot shoe. Automatic TTL flash metering only works when the flash is made for your camera system, for example a Nikon Speedlight on a Nikon or a Canon Speedlite on a Canon. The product description tells you which system each flash was designed for.

Can I use a vintage flash on a digital camera?

Often yes, but some older flashes use a high trigger voltage that can harm the electronics of a modern digital camera. For a digital body, a flash made for your digital system is the safest choice. If you are unsure, send us a message before you order.

What batteries does a camera flash need?

Most hot shoe flashes run on AA batteries, while some older or professional units use their own battery pack. Check the product description for the power source of each flash.
