At Dutch|Thrift, we process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

📅 Same-day shipping for orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM
✅ Free shipping for orders over €75 (NL only)

We prioritize sustainability in our shipping process:
♻️ Reused packaging materials – You may receive a box with branding from another supplier.
🌱 Minimal plastic usage – Any plastic used has been recycled and repurposed.

🔄 Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt. After initiating a return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

✅ Full refund of the order amount (excluding return shipping costs)
✅ Original condition required, including all accessories & packaging

🚫 Order Cancellation

    At Dutch|Thrift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. After initiating a return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

    ❌ Products with a broken seal sticker cannot be returned

    We believe in the quality and reliability of our products. That’s why we offer a 90-day warranty on all purchases.

    💡 If your product has a defect under normal use, contact us at contact@dutchthrift.com, and our support team will assist you.

    🔧 If the issue is covered:
    ✔️ We will repair or replace the product free of charge
    ✔️ If repair/replacement is not possible, we offer a gift card or, in special cases, a refund

    ⚠️ Not Covered

    ❌ Misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications
    ❌ Normal wear and tear
    ❌     Product with broken seal sticker
    ❌ Issues caused by incompatible accessories or software
